I'm using a MacBook Pro (ca. 2015), Mac OS Big Sur v. 11.0 Beta (20A5354i), Citrix Workspace v. 20.8.0.3 (2008), and Citrix Viewer v. 20.8.0.3 (2008). Citrix Workspace app is a new client from Citrix that works similar to Citrix Receiver and is fully backward-compatible with your organization’s Citrix infrastructure. Citrix Workspace app provides the full capabilities of Citrix Receiver, as well as new capabilities based on your organization’s Citrix deployment.

Allow the Citrix plug in to run by hitting trust

You should see something like this depending on what applications and Epic environments you have access to. The Hyperspace production (yellow icon) will take you into the full version of Epic.

We had received reports that Mac users could not download Receiver/Workspace App/CWA after visiting our Receiver for Web site. We have StoreFront (installed from 1912 LTSR CU1 CVAD ISO) configured so that it directs Windows and Macs to download the client from the 'Citrix Website' from the pull-down in StoreFront / Manage Receiver for Web Sites / Configure / Deploy Citrix Receiver/Workspace App. (We don't currently offer the client locally from our own servers nor specify a specific HTTP location on our own servers or on Citrix's.)
The non-working link offered to client was http://downloadplugins.citrix.com/MAC/CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg ('MAC' is in uppercase)
The link that works, and the one we manually configured in StoreFront, is http://downloadplugins.citrix.com/Mac/CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg
I may be wrong, but I'll assume that Citrix made a change on their web servers that made their links case-sensitive because we haven't changed anything on our end lately.
